Description
Experienced Operations and Maintenance Manager urgently required to manage a new team of O &M Engineers.
Suitable applicants must have experience in the areas listed below, know the areas of best practice, tools to help with management of them etc. Must also have ability to conduct performance evaluation of Engineers, manage contractors and motivate the team.
Installing and maintaining RBS, Install and maintaining Microwave transmission,
Install and maintaining Satellite transmission, Install and maintaining Generators
Install and maintaining Power systems (grid, solar, hybrid)
Based on 2.5G GSM network consisting of microwave and satellite transmission.
We are not looking for a technical expert, but a proven manager with operational management experience in the above areas.
