Total Rewards SME required for work in Guildford on a 3 month contract.
To drive the development of UK programmes and implementation of regional programmes within the UK:
o Understand UK business requirements and work closely with HR to ensure that all compensation and benefit requirements are delivered
o Understand the UK market place to ensure that the UK C&B deliverables are competitive.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience:
Hands on experience of Standard C&B projects
Position evaluation and benchmarking
Salary management
Benefits design
Basic project management
Financial modelling and analytics
Statistics
Supplier management
Demonstrated experience in:
C&B Project Management
Programme development in standard C&B disciplines
Statistical modelling
