Description
ISDA Negotiator is required to join a leading Investment Bank based in the City. As the ISDA Negotiator you will be drafting and negotiating the execution of ISDA Master/CSAs. You must have a full understanding of an ISDA Master and CSA. You will have a minimum of 1- 2 years experience in negotiating ISDA and CSA documentation, have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and experience working on large projects. You must be confident liaising with the business and other departments on issues that my come up eg compliance, tax; as well as the counterparty and external counsel appointed.
