Recruit360 are urgently looking for a English, French and Dutch speaking ERP Project Manager
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop and oversee the implementation of the governance and program management for the Refresh program by applying global PPSO methodologies and frameworks.
Lead Program Management Office Support functions in the detailed planning and integration of projects within the program inclusive of proper scope definition, cost estimating, schedule development and resource planning.
Manage approval of resource additions and changes and onboarding and rolloff of all project resources.
Lead program consultants and program resources in the management of the operational aspects of a PMO for the program.
Interface with finance controllers to ensure program costs are properly captured and that actuals are fully reconciled with budget targets. Assist in the reconciliation of actual vendor invoices with resources consumed and identification of capitalized versus expensed labor.
Interface with HR, Applications Teams, SMI and Infrastructure Teams as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related major.
10+ years of project management, Strategy and/or planning
Proven expertise in applications and infrastructure decommissioning programs
Thorough understanding of technology and modernization programs
Participation in an ERP implementation. Active leadership position in an SAP deployment strongly preferred.
PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) required
PMI Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills in partnering with internal & external team leads
Superb organizational, presentation and coaching skills
Strong Resource and Project Finance skills
Proven competence in office productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and Project Tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Visio and Tenrox)
