IT Service Management Integrator Lead (ITSMI Lead)

Our client is looking for you, an 'IT Service Management Integrator Lead' (ITSMI Lead) to for a contract opportunity in Helsinki/Finland. The project will have a duration of 6 months and you will be working on site for a company in the global automotive manufacturing sector via our client, one of the Top IT Consulting businesses worldwide.

As 'ITSMI Lead' you should be a highly organised person with extensive experience in SMI and an interest in supplier relations and within IT.

THE ROLE:
*Coordinate performance and effectiveness of IT Service Governance Structure & reviewing SMI operations
*Plan, develop and deploy highly complex Service Management, project management & vendor management support arrangements for IT Services - collaborating with stakeholders
*Monitor SM Standards across global customers and reporting SM progress and compliance
*ITIL v2/v3 SM, Service Delivery & Service Support
*Project/program management in infrastructure, application development using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management framework
*Continuous service improvement projects/best Practice projects with ITIL/COBIT/ISO20000 processes within structured PMO environments
*Transformation, transition, service-design,-planning,-introduction; operational readiness,-acceptance & stakeholder management
*Manage service provider, driving 3rd party supplier to ensure SLA requirements are met (ITSM processes and functions)
*Deliver and analyse report on supplier performance to contrast against vendor supplied service achievements stats - identify areas of concern and improvement opportunities
*Lead engagements for Vendor&Supplier Management incl. strategic sourcing, design, build and implementation of operating model and full life cycle advisory services across multiple suppliers
*Deliver strategic and tactical deliverables incl. building target operating models, implementing roadmaps detailing performance measures, governance, organisation and people, MIS reporting etc

THE CANDIDATE:
MUST HAVE: ITIL v3 Expert, PMP/Prince2 & PMI methods, IT Service Management (ITSM)
*Development of Continual Service Improvement Plans (CSIPs)
*Facilitation of audit planning&support audit visits, plus coordination for IT Operations audit controls
*Development and deployment of ITIL v22/v3 framework and procedural level in complex global environment
*Agreeing KPI's, SLA, OLA establishing underpinning and service contracts

Good to have:
*Certified Information System Audi to (CISA)/Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt Certificate
