To support our client's vision of becoming the best customer oriented company in its industry, a program has been established.
One of the strategic pillars is the implementation and roll-out of the next generation CRM solution, which is Salesforce/Veeva based.
It will replace the current CRM System and all users will be moved to the new platform.
Our client is looking for an Integration Lead to support our CRM integration strategy with corporate, EMEA and local systems.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities
The Integration Lead will be responsible for:
Gather a full picture of integration requirements for the new CRM solution
Work closely with our partner which will help us to deploy the project
Define, design and deploy an integration strategy that contributes to project objectives
Manage 3rd party integrators in executing the vision
Provide support to OpCos in the CRM integration to local systems

Business Analysis - System Analysis: 4+ years
Informatica IDE 8.6: 4+ years
WebMethods: 4+ years
Salesforce: 4+ years
Non-Technical profile requirements
Some flexibility in working hours is required
Strong analytical skills
Quick learner, motivated self-starter
Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
Able to explain technical topics in an easy way
Communication skills to present technical topics
