Release Test Coordinator, Dutch or French Speaking

Application Release team of 15 people takes care of the Application Releases and more in particular the packaging of applications on the Microsoft Windows platform using Microsoft App-V and Microsoft Windows Installer for target systems Headquarter Workstations, Servers, Terminal Servers.

You will essentially assist in the follow up of the activities:-

  • Creation of reports, dashboards
  • Detection of anomalies
  • Define actions
  • Organisation of application testing

The Role of the Release Management Coordinator is to provide effectively:-

  • Test coordination - Identifies improvements to the process and assists in their implementation.
  • Plans, arranges and controls meetings, workshops and relations with client/user staff.
  • Set up and maintain Quality Center (Defect Tracking/management).

Follow-up/reporting activities:

  • Analyze release management data to detect anomalies.
  • Propose improvements.
  • Setup/create/maintain tools to guarantee follow-up of all activities reporting (excel 2010/access 2010) dashboards
  • Good data analysis skills and follow up.

Language: French OR Dutch English

Education & Soft skills

  • Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
  • Team player
  • Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, Good Communication and
  • Influencing skills; Good analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment

Experience is required in a similar function and technical experience/knowledge should include:-

Mandatory:

  • Office 2010 (Ms Excel, Ms Access and Office automation)
  • Ability to write an SQL statement

Preferable:

  • Experience with test coordination
  • Knowledge of release management
  • Knowledge of application packaging/delivery.
