Service Management Lead - 3 months - Contract - Finland, Helsinki

Our client is currently looking Service Management Lead to work on a contract in Finland, Helsinki for a period of initially 3 months.

The Client has recently won a multimillion dollar application managed service.

A large scale consultancy (FTSE 500)

The Role:-
Service Management lead ITIL, Managing the implementation of ITIL service based management process Ensure processes are implemented in line with the customer contract.
Train all other team members in best practice and the execution of the processes once they have been established.

Skills Required:-
Consulting experience gained at multiple companies
Experience of implementing service management processes within a large enterprise
Experience of managing ongoing delivery of service management processes
Experience of working in an onshore/offshore model
Experience of providing services as part of a managed service
Experience of working in large enterprises
Experience of IT Service Delivery with teams spread over multiple locations
Excellent interpersonal skills
Should have experience in monitoring Service Management Standards across global customers and reporting IT Service Management progress and compliance
Experience of ITIL v2/v3 Service Management, Service Delivery & Service Support.

Preferred:
Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments
