We are currently recruiting for a number of Investigators within our PPI team in Manchester to investigate complaints regarding Payment Protection Insurance.

This is for an immediate start.

As a PPI investigator you will handle customer complaints and complex queries within agreed timeframes taking on the ownership for the full investigation of a complaint.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle customer complaints and complex queries within an agreed timeframe.
2. Contribute to the team performance whilst achieving agreed individual objectives.
3. Resolve customer queries and complaints and maintaining up-to-date client records and file data.
4. Ensure customers are updated at all times, which will include written and verbal communications.
5. Correspondence with customer and Third Parties (Claims Companies)

We are looking for reliable, and hard-working individuals to work in a target driven, quality controlled environment where being able to work with a high level of accuracy to strict deadlines is a prerequisite.

  • Proven ability to hit targets in relation to productivity and quality
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Attention to detail/Accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience

1 year Investigations experience which demonstrates decision-making and letter writing.

Ideally Investigations experience within PPI but not essential
