Field Engineer - Mini link Commissioners PDH, SDH microwave systems
Role Specification:
- Experience commissioning new installations and upgrading existing systems for all vendors
- In depth knowledge of Ericsson minilink E, hi-cap, and traffic node, Ceragon, stratex, Sral, SIAE and Passo link. (Not all necessary)
- Thorough understanding of transmission systems
- Knowledge of PDH, SDH microwave systems.
- Experience in fault finding on Microwave systems installations.
Person Specification:
- Fluent English speaker with excellent reporting skills and an ability to liaise directly with customers on an ongoing basis.
- Experience working as a field engineer with a mobile operator
- Certified to work at height
- Willingness to work nationwide, with overtime when required.
- Ability to work under time constraints and outages.
