For our client in Den Haag, the Netherlands, we are currently looking for a Security Business Analyst for at least till the end of the year, option for extensions.

Project information:
Business Analysis. Work on project, discretionary, operational items. This would include business analysis, business requirements definition, business solution design, information flow and data structures, functional specification & acceptance criteria, and acceptance test plan and management.
Business Process Testing. Specifies, develops and reports test scenarios for new enhancements, projects. Performs or facilitates change management communication to the user community on future IT solution changes.
Non Functional Needs Analysis. Works with colleagues and clients/users to investigate and model the non-functional requirements of system users, using methodical and consistent tools, methods, and techniques. Takes account of security, capacity, operational, technical and support issues, and tests feasibility and likely cost of meeting perceived requirements. Documents all work using the required standards, methods, and tools.
Role description:
This position requires an individual who excels in global teamwork and behavior, with the capability to form and maintain a strong bridge between the corporate functions and IT. The scope of activities for this position includes business analysis, business process improvement, business process testing, non-functional needs analysis and an expertise in communications technologies and approaches specifically. The Corporate IT Portfolio includes a number of applications/solutions which make use of central application components/systems used across Shell Business IT organisations and as such the identification, analysis, management and resolution of issues on these boundaries is a key element of this role.
Technical:
Experience in business analysis, business IT change management and IT project work. Has achieved proficiency in Business Analysis or gained business experience, including some management or professional responsibility. Has received training in Business Analysis techniques. Demonstrates high standards of professional behaviour in dealings with clients, colleagues and staff. Has a broad understanding across a wide field along with a record of applying such knowledge successfully in a variety of situations. Possesses strong inter-personal skills, especially in handling contacts of all types and at all levels.
