UNIT PRICING ADMINISTRATOR/HIPORTFOLIO/ACCESS/VALUATIONS EXPERIENCE/12 MONTHS/IMMEDIATE START
Job title: Unit Pricing Administrator
Duration: 12 months
Location: Swindon
This role will support the Unit pricing team in producing daily fund prices for Unit Linked Funds, collating dealing information and processing trades and investment transactions. These activities require the strict adherence to defined processes and deadlines while maintaining 100% accuracy.
Core duties:
* Ensure all portfolio and security events are reflected accurately on Hiportfolio
* Maintenance of standing data, portfolio and security events
* Apply appropriate corrective action for any failed transactions via the IDX interface
* Review output and clear items from daily TAM OpenRec
* Source price information from suppliers (eg FTI and external fund managers)
* Ensure all non interface transactions are input correctly to HiPortfolio (third party trades/income)
* Liaison with Threadneedle on standing data and interface detail changes
* Generate daily time critical reports for internal customers
* Liaise with price and transaction suppliers (inc external fund managers)
* Provide support to other internal team's core data queries
* Correct any corporate action or income data from reconciliation output
* Plus any other production related duties as requested by management

Key requirements for the client:
Strong MS Office skills (Access and Word)
Highly desirable to be technically competent with previous unit pricing/valuations experience
Experience of Access and/or Hiportfolio
