  • SharePoint Designer Assistance
  • Extranet support
  • Microsoft Office 2010 End User Support
  • Microsoft Lync 2010 End User Support
  • All end user features up to Enterprise Voice
  • IM, Presence, Sharing, p2p Audio/video, audio conferencing and 3rd party access ( Edge and Federation)
  • MS and MAC OS support of Lync
  • Webex, InterCall Audio Conferencing, Skype
  • Any EU language speaking is an added advantage
