Our client is one of the fastest growing telecommunication and network solutions providers in the world. They have comprehensive strengths in Wireline, wireless and IP technologies and established end-to-end solutions for Telecom Network Infrastructure, Application & Software.
They are looking for a Home Network Management System Architect.
The areas you will work could include:
-Terminal management system design
-Network diagnosis platform design
-Dial testing software design
-Integration design for multi-vendors' devices and network management systems
Within the scope of your areas of expertise and responsibility, you will:
-Collaborate with China R&D to design, implement and optimize key parts of the HNMS for various use cases
-Collaborate with solution sales, marketing and R&D on solution blueprints of required features
-Steer and coordinate related R&D activities with R&D in China
-Perform business analysis and technical risk evaluation of proposed designs/solutions
-Present the proposed solution to R&D decision makers
-Discuss with customers and feedback to corresponding stakeholders
-Actively contribute to relevant industry forums, standardization organizations and open source projects
-Perform business and technical planning
-Identify the critical technology trends
Requirements & Qualifications (domain specific, partial qualifications taken into account)
-Minimum of 10 years working experience in telecom management software.
-Familiar with mobile/fixed networks and devices. Know how IPTV, VoIP and HIS work. Have the knowledge of fault diagnosis and quality analysis.
-Familiar with the network management systems, diagnostic tools and northbound interface of the main vendors in telecommunications and IT industry.
-Familiar with common communication protocols of the terminal and network management, such as TR069, TR111, SNMP, SSH, TL1, etc.
-Deep understanding and solid experience in one of the following areas:
-The main terminal management system.
-The main E2E fault diagnosis system.
-Integration design of multi-vendors' network management systems and devices
-Fluent in English (written and spoken); Chinese would be a plus
-Worldwide short-term travels are required
-Excellent intercultural communication and coordination skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills and team-work spirit and independent working capability
-Hands-on and can-do attitude
-Nice to have experience of working in Asian business culture
