My client is looking for a Senior QA Manager with life and pensions experience.
This is essential
- 3-5+ years QA Manager
- Experience of managing a test team.
- A proven track history of delivering on Test Projects Plans.
- Experience in system testing, integration testing and UAT.
- Demonstrated application of testing good industry practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing detailed test plans, status tracking and reporting and production of high quality deliverables for clients
- Co-ordination of test team roles and responsibilities
- Understanding and anticipating client requirements and development of client relationships
- Experience in the development, implementation and adherence to good industry practices/testing standards
- The ability to work to agreed deadlines, and experience of managing and motivating people to complete tasks.
