We need you to align our business and technical solutions and help clarify and meet customer needs.At the moment we are looking for a number of German speakers to join our new team in Athens in Greece.
Your responsibilities:
• Responds to ad hoc customer requests for renewal quotations within agreed timeframes
• Works cross functionally to resolve any installed base and data integrity issues during renewal discussions
• Follows up with customers to establish relationships, handle queries and negotiate final quotation
• Establishes close working relationships with Account Managers Inside Sales Reps and authorized Partners in relevant geography, primarily over the phone
• Participates in the development and implementation of new processes for Renewals organization in EMEA
• Responsible for the delivery of all process training to new representatives
• Participates in the ongoing development of training materials and content as process evolves
