My Client is a leading, global company currently looking for German speakers. This is mainly an outbound calls role, so we are looking for candidates with an outgoing personality, confident individuals that can adapt easily.Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding email and phone support and account management to users worldwide
• Identify and escalate bug reports, proactively identify customer problems, and develop creative solutions to maximize the adoption
• Monitor customer feedback and drive programs to improve client satisfaction
• Work with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into a better product experience
• Develop and implement processes and infrastructure to scale customer-facing operations
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints
• Demonstrate and promote superior customer service in handling inquiries
Requirements:
• Demonstrated technical, sales, customer support or consulting experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Self-motivated individual and an enthusiastic communicator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

Salary: 23 000 – 32 000 Euro gross per year
