Aston Carter are looking for multiple KYC Analysts to sit within the Client On-Boarding team of a Tier 1 Bank.
COBAM (Client On-Boarding Account Maintenance) provides a single, global onboarding and account maintenance service that uses service company operating principles and a consistent service proposition to deliver high-quality client service, robust client diligence, and process excellence and standardisation across each onboarding function from one integrated global team.
Services include:
*Client Facing Services - Client Liaison and Client Documentation Negotiation Services
*Client Due Diligence Services - KYC and Credit Services
*Data Management Services - ERDS, Account Maintenance and SSI
*Change Mgt - A Global team supporting COBAM projects.
COBAM has been tasked with creating a KYC service to provide a consistent approach for KYC across multiple countries.
This role is part of a team based in the UK to facilitate the periodic review/renewal cycle of clients who are managed out of (Middle East & North Africa) countries. The jobholder will be responsible for
*Renewing KYC profiles in accordance with the Group Policy and Dubai/Qatar & MENA country's AML regulations, obtaining documents as required from the client/relationship manager and undertaking the necessary due diligence checks
*Supporting KYC requirements for Global Banking & Markets for existing corporate customers, across multiple business lines, ensuring MENA country specific AML Regulations are maintained and adhered.
*Liaising with management and MENA Business & Compliance stakeholders to ensure that all policies and regulations are followed while provide the best service to their Clients.
The jobholder will be responsible for the delivery of high standards of client service, at the same time ensuring that all internal (eg Risk) and external (eg Compliance) standards requirements are met in full, utilising a combination of onshore and offshore resource managed as a single global COBAM team.
Critical external interfaces are with COBAM stakeholders across Global Banking and Markets and Compliance in Dubai and MENA.
