Campaign Manager 

We currently have a requirement for a Campaign Manager to work on an exciting new permanent basis with our leading client. The role is based in the Fareham. Our client is willing to pay up to £185 per day for this role.

Job Description

  • Working with the Customer Strategy & Experience team in developing the appropriate customer acquisition and development activities across the customer life cycle.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution - ensuring the delivery of relevant and effective marketing activities in support of the agreed channel marketing plans
  • Develop appropriate media strategies and plans to support new business acquisition, x-selling and up-selling - ensuring effective use of all marketing media to meet income objectives and RoI
  • Ensuring maximum benefit is derived from investments in the expertise of external agencies
  • Ensure customer driven targeting is utilised to maximise relevance
  • Ensure the appropriate communication of the customer propositions
  • Ensure budgetary & financial adherence and pursue cost and process efficiencies through continuous improvement
  • Ensure the integrity of the our clients brand is protected, enhanced and maintained in all communications activity
  • Analyse and evaluate performance of marketing campaigns and activity - making recommendations for future activity
  • Support the development of the overall communications strategy - internal/external/PR and Public Affairs (working with UKGI Corporate Affairs)
  • Support the UKPL Brand Strategy - defining requirements, meeting Brand Performance Metrics in UKPL channels
  • To ensure compliance with the relevant governance frameworks - to meet Group, legislative and regulatory requirements - ie FSA
  • Role model the behaviours and agreed working practices within the MFU & Marketing communities.

Qualifications And Experience

  • 5+ years marketing experience - grounded in the principles of strategic marketing management and direct marketing
  • Good marketing media knowledge
  • Sound understanding of deployment channels
  • Extensive knowledge of digital channels
  • Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Professionally qualified - CIM/IDM
