Our industry leading client requires a Customer Side of Change Analyst to support the business change unit.
Supporting the Project Manager in the following activities:
- Detail and document the Customer Side of Change Impacts
- Define and document the customer treatment strategies
- Map the consolidated CSOC impacts of change for all BAM initiatives
- Feed into and critique the Customer communications
- Reporting progress
- CSOC stakeholder Management
