Project Accountant - Banking
This role is required to provide input into Recover Resolution Planning which is a Regulatory requirement and needs to be completed by the end of 2012. This role is required to provide detailed Financial analysis for the project. This is a Financial role and not an IT role.
This role is required to:
- Provide detailed Financial analysis for RRP
- Supports the Project with analysis and recommendations.
- Support & Involvement with the monthly forecasting process and Reporting.
- Other ad-hoc analysis as required
- Support Gateway Reviews
Essential Skills
- Newly qualified or part-qualified accountant
- Experience in Project Accounting
- Experience in Project environment
- Good Analytical Skills
- Strategic Thinker
- Pro-active "hands-on" approach
- Good Communication skills with Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills,
- Strong understanding of commercial, financial and legislative requirements
- Ability to work with assumptions
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable Skills
- Prior experience of working within the Financial Sector
