We are currently looking for candidates who have a background within physics/mathematics/computing science/elextrical engineering (or comparable) with a strong affinity for software.
The job is a combination of problem solving, modelling and software development. The company is a state-of-the-art high-tech company.
Specification: The Software Design Engineer will specify, design, develop, realize, and test subsystems within the limits of system specifications, costs and project planning. You will cooperate with other disciplines and suppliers to ensure the timely realization ofcompetitive, achievable and serviceable products.
Profile:
- Academic Education (MsC, PhD) WO
- Physics, Mathematics, Computing Science, Computational Physics, or comparable
- Strong communicator with a pragmatic attitude.
- Real team player with quality orientation.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Takes ownership, decisive.
Skills:
Matlab,C/C++, Unix/Linux, (Solaris, SW development processes.
SW configuration management, ClearCase)
