If you enjoy working at the heart of a buzzing community, this role could be for you. Your aim will be to lead the maintenance team to deliver high quality responsive repairs, and cyclical and planned maintenance service to our properties.
About you...
It's important that you've worked in a similar role. You will be technically qualified, and above all you will have the confidence and the ability to lead and performance manage the local maintenance team.
