You should offer deep knowledge and experience with a range of SAP modules; Participate in development and deployment of the SAP support modeland organization including introduction of the service(s) to the business and end-user community (preparation of official service documentation/communications/How-To's/delivery of sign-offs); knowledge transfer, coaching of the permanent SAP Operations Manager
