- Task: Coaching
- Scrum Team is not distributed
- Excel is used as scrum tool
- No connection to social media
- What environment is waiting for you:
- Development team consisting of:
- 1 Project Manager & 2 product definition as product owners
- 5 internal developers
- 3 external contractors
- 1 tester
- Product is a C++ Backend with PHP/JavaScript Frontend
- High performance/high availability applications
- Professional deployment to our own Data Center
- Continuous integration development and quality control
- Team members are a heterogenous group
- Coaching as well as moderation needed
- Certain belief in agile methodology
- Openess and respect for the individual
Ihre Qualifikation
- Profound experience as scrum master
- Ability to instill motivation and even engagement
- Firm but respectful communication style
- Self organized working practice
- Strive for excellence
- Open mindedness and interest in people
- Excel and Office Tool usage
- Language:
- German: at least fluent
- English: fluent
