External Communications Lead - £500 to £600/day - Edinburgh

Description

We are currently working with one of our Financial Services clients in Edinburgh to support them in identifying an experienced External Communications Consultant to support the organisation in delivering a communications plan associated with two specific financial services products. You will be responsible for the delivery of key messages to external audiences, through a variety of different media channels, whether digital, print or press; working with internal marketing & communications staff on integrated communications plans.

In order to be considered for this position you must have the following background:

• Experience in working on Financial Services communications projects
• Background in working on external communications & product marketing initiatives
• Demonstrable experience in communicating through various different media channels
• Experience in delivering key external messages in delivering communications messages for Financial Services related products

You will be responsible for supporting the strategic planning of announcements and communication deliverables associates with these products, so you must be a strategic thinker, but able to work at a tactical level to deliver ground-level communications plans.
