Are you a Senior Business Analyst looking for a new exciting contract opportunity? Our client, a large Government Department is seeking to engage a motivated Senior Business Analyst to develop business process models for an insurance claims management system.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Development of business process models for insurance claims management.
- Development of the business requirements section for the Statement of Requirements for an Expression of Interest.
- Evaluation and reporting of the responses to the Expression of Interest.
- Analysis, documentation and signoff of business and functional requirements for insurance claims management systems.
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive Business Process Modelling experience
- Business Process Workshop facilitation experience
- Experience with case management business systems
- Finance and Insurance Industry experience (preferred)
- Business and functional requirements gathering, documentation and signoff
