Description
Our client, a major mobile telecoms service provider requires a Service Desk Data Entry Operator to join their Service Desk Department, the successful Service Desk Data Entry Operator's daily responsibilities:
* Monitor Remedy ticket queues for inter NOC coomunications
* Replicate tickets from one Remedy system to the other as appropriate
* manage updates into tickets on both systems as provided
* Work a four on four off shift pattern of 12 hour shifts with a hour break 7 to 7 day and night shift at altenating shifts
* Manage assigned ticket queuees to ensure requests are actioned within target times
* Organise workload based on priority and adhere to agreed SLA's
* Ensure 100% accuracy on all work carried out and general data input housekeeping
* Escalate to the relevant teams for updates as required
* Communicate effectively with relevant teams and maintain a good working relationship
* Follow agreeed processes at all times
Experience:
* Computer literate and competent in using BAU office tools including Outlook and Excel
* Excelent communication skills both written and verbal
* Accurate recording of detailed information in an easily understood form
* Must be eligible to work in the UK
