Position: Inbound Call Administrator
Location: Belfast
Salary: £13,500 + uncapped bonus
Duration: 12 month fixed term contract

My client is one of the world's leading organisations of independent Assurance, Tax and Advisory firms. They are looking for confident, proactive and hardworking individuals with telephone and administration experience to join their friendly team.

You will be based within the Personal Insolvency team so you will be the first point of contact for any telephone queries and you MUST ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained throughout. You will be undertaking all your own administration tasks so ORGANISATION is key!

Daily duties will be to;

* Answer inbound calls and handle any client/customer queries
* Ensure KPI's are met at all times
* All ad hoc administration eg filing, faxing, scanning, photocopying

You must have:
* Previous customer service experience
* A confident telephone manner
* Strong administration skills
* IT literate
