Position: IT Change Co-ordinator
Key Skills: Change Management, Incident Management, ITIL processes
Location: Scarborough
Type: Contract - 6 months
Working for a large IT Service Company you will co-ordinate Change Management practices for the infrastructure support team
Experience:
-Background in technical support with more than one year's experience with Change Management or Incident Management
-Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, ITIL Certification preferred
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
-Change coordinators will work with the customer to co-ordinate changes.
-Assign resources to work on changes
-Schedule times to work on changes
-Follow up on successful changes
-Keep the change record and incidents updated
-Change and Incident co-ordination
