Sourcing Specialist Outsourcing
Context:
The consultant is active within the Sourcing Department in the following area: Outsourcing & Staffing
Responsibilities:
Spent analysis of assigned commodities
Develop commodity strategies
Propose efficient and effective approaches to address projects in the short and in the long run
Move the external resources management from an input based towards a result based model
Negotiation and renegotiation of new or existing contracts
Manage the relationship with the internal customer
Competences:
Profound and wide experience within Sourcing and Procurement of which a significant part within
the domain of Outsourcing, Staffing, Resources Management, Offshoring
In depth view and experience with Strategic Sourcing and managing Supplier relations
Can independently run and steer Sourcing projects
Ability to influence and defend proposals towards higher management
Excellent negotiator
Experience Contract management
Flexible and motivated, a driver
Entrepreneur, customer and result driven
Team player
Languages: Dutch, French, English
