SITE PRODUCER, EMEA

Snapfish continues to grow rapidly in the UK and with its increasing customer base and new acquisition opportunities need to increase their marketing activity which should result in exceeding targets for customer acquisition and revenue for 2012.

The opportunity
The Site Producer, EMEA reports into the Head of Customer Engagement, EMEA. The Site Producer supports the Customer Engagement, New Customer Acquisition Marketing teams and Category Managers by ensuring that experiences relating to uploading, making prints, and creating inspired photo products are useful, usable and desirable for the customer, as well as profitable for the business. The Site Producer is responsible for ownership of projects progress, ongoing process improvement and guiding the teams toward operational excellence.

The Site Producer generates or receives all new project requests and is responsible for:
*ensuring requests completely identify business needs
*accurately quantify scope of the project across EMEA or in isolated country
*evaluation of all technical requirements
*assigning the requests, working with the CR-EMEA Producer, based in India
*proactively monitoring of all tickets and bugs to ensure business critical due dates are met

The Site Producer drives effectiveness by encouraging best practices and following existing guidelines and creating new processes and guidelines where they are missing. Identifies specific problem areas and takes iterative steps to address key challenges. Creates and nurtures effective partnerships to drive the Snapfish store.

Responsibilities:
*Support Marketing teams in UK and EMEA
*Initiative and evaluate all new projects to determine scope, technical support requirements, ROI and priority
*Following a project's submission, identify any additional tasks that would make the project more comprehensive.
*Assign, monitor and report project status, including monetization impact of completed test scenarios
*Engage in project progress and bug triage, working with CR-EMEA Producer, to ensure critical due dates are met, without jeopardizing quality
*Working with CR-EMEA Producer, drive CR team processes and develop new processes where efficiencies can be realized
*Monitor the product template performance for all products and optimize the amount of content offered as well as the placement on the UK and EMEA sites. Ensure templates (for cards, calendars, photo books etc) are updated, removed or re-ordered depending on sales or seasonality.
*Proactively drive all seasonal content updates across numerous EMEA markets - eg. Father's Day, Summer, Christmas. Support Marketing Art Director, EMEA to this end, ensuring updates are aligned with user experience specifications and needs, and design resources are effectively managed, then coordinating with CR-EMEA Producer to ensure delivery.
*Work with Head of Search & Performance Marketing, EMEA, to integrate and update SEO throughout EMEA sites.
*Support the Customer Engagement Marketing Manager working on internally hosted life cycle email communications, ensuring content is updated and optimized to deliver maximum impact and AOV.
Ideally you are available as of 1 September 2012. A later start date is open for discussion.

Your profile:
*2-4 years E-commerce site production experience
*Strong knowledge of online & E-commerce production best practices
*Exceptional creative, analytical and critical thinking skills
*Strong project management skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Passionate, energetic and highly motivated to help a company win in a dynamic and fast-paced market place
*Willingness to be hands on and have a flexible, can-do attitude within a small team.
