Description
A major Semiconductor organisation has an urgent requirement for a Software Engineer to work within their Motion Control department. As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for the design, coding, testing and integration of the control software that will support the products. You will also have experience within C, C++, Matlab, Unix/Linux and Solaris.The work will be based in the Netherlands and is an opportunity to work with an organisation that has a large focus on innovation within the Semiconductor industry.
Experience:
* 2 year experience within C, C++, Matlab, Unix/Linux
* Architectural design and trade-offs between mechanical, electronic, software competencies
* Participate in the definition of system specifications
* Contribute to the overall broadening and maintenance of the companys technology base.
* Documentation of specifications, design, and test results
Educational Level:
* Master degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Physics, Mathematics or comparable.
Personal Skills:
* Strong communicator with a pragmatic attitude
* Real team player with Quality orientation
* Good knowledge of English
* Takes ownership and is decisive
