Operations Training Coordinator - Contract BelgiumA major Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical organisation has a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Training Coordinator to join the team. The purpose of the role is to coordinate/design training materials for the operations group according to the guidelines set up by operations team. The role will be based in Belgium for 12 months.
The Role:
*Organises, coordinates and provides training of operations procedures
*Organises, coordinates and provides on the job training
*Evaluates effectiveness of executed training efforts and adapts training approach appropriately
*Set up training material according to the guidelines of operations and applicable standards (modules).
*Sets up a matrix to keep track of training.
Key skills and experience:
*In-depth Knowledge of requirements for cGMP.
*Detailed understanding of relevant quality and compliance regulations
*Able to manage projects to plan.
*Effective facilitator/Team player
*Good communication skills.
*Good training skills
*Detailed knowledge of cGMP manufacturing techniques.
*Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, involved in quality, regulatory or manufacturing functions
*Fluent in Dutch and English
*Teaching certificate is desirable
