Regulatory Information System Specialist - Contract - BelgiumA Global pharmaceutical organisation has a fantastic opportunity for a Regulatory Information System Specialist to join the team based in Belgium. You will be responsible for the execution of managing and entering data associated with product registration activities.
The Role:
*Responsibilities will include working with various stakeholder groups, analyzing requests, prioritizing daily work, responding to customers, entering product registration data, running ad hoc queries
*You will manage dynamic timelines while working on numerous projects simultaneously
*Initiate corrective action when discrepancies are noted and facilitates a satisfactory resolution of related problems/issues in a timely manner
*Negotiates, collaborates, and communicates with contributors/customers, team members, management etc. in support of assigned work
Experience:
*Minimum of two years experience supporting Product Registration Data Management activities for global data in the Pharmaceutical Industry, specifically in the Aris Global Register system or alternatively in the Liquent Insight for Registration system
*Proven ability for data analysis and/or data entry with regard to global product registration data
*Experienced in data collection, data verification and data correction processes, tools and best practices
*BA/BS degree
*Pharmaceutical industry experience - essential
*Excellent communication skills, strong Excel skills
*Demonstrated ability to work under tight and changing deadlines
*Proven attention to detail and an ability to work with and quickly become familiar with a variety of technical applications
*The ability to speak fluent English and Dutch is highly desirable
*Please note there will be travel within Europe involved
