Who do we want?
We're looking for a senior developer with 5-8 years of professional hands on experience working on all aspects of PHP based web applications. You must have experience with agile, and other modern project life cycle management techniques. We expect you to be comfortable acting as the technical lead on projects, reviewing the work of other team members assisting them where required and training junior developers on the team. You should be comfortable writing detailed specifications, establishing and fulfilling time estimates, and delivering solid, maintainable and clean code.
What do we use?
Magento, PHP, Zend framework, Mysql, HTML, CSS, jQuery, GIT and Photoshop to pull graphics cuts from PSDs.

What you'll be doing
Your main focus will be back-end eCommerce web development both hands on and assisting junior developers. You'll work building, maintaining and enhancing stores for our clients. You'll work remotely, apart from our semi-annual company trips. On a given day, you might do any of the following:
- Design and spec-out a Magento extension which adds a new feature to the catalog management system.
- Install and configure a third party Magento extension to improve a client's store.
- Debug Magento core code to solve a conflict with third party software.
