Description
*Portland Resourcing are looking for an SAP Training Manager for a 12 months contract, based in Singapore with travel to Australia and Manila.
The main responsibilities for this role:
*High Level Training Strategy.
*Evaluation of existing/planned Material.
*Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to inform the Training & Doc Plan.
*Create the Training and Documentation
*Create the Training Material Development Plan
*Trainer and Environment Plan
*Work with the BPTF, FCI and BTN to develop; Course List, Curricular and Course Outlines
*Work with the BTN to identify the TTTs
*Conduct a Sanity Check (TNA2) at the end of Business Blueprint
*Refine the Training & Documentation Plan
*Lead the SAP Role to Job (position) mapping
*Support the SAP Role to User Mapping.
*Monitor the delivery, test & approval of the Training Deliverables.
*Organise the collation, package-up, index & storage of course material.
*Provide Communication on the Course Materials
*Liaise with the Support Org. throughout the life cycle.
*Define and execute the TTT Schedule and Logistics plan.
*Oversee the TTT preparation & delivery (on-location).
*Define and monitor any Training Material for refinement, test & approval.
*Define and execute EUT Schedule and Logistics plan.
*Oversee EUT preparation, delivery and evaluation
*Participate in the Handover to the Support Organisation
