A+ Certification preferred, MCSE Certification preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 OS and MS Office 2010 a must.
Scope:
- Technician will be responsible for imaging PC's (desktops and laptops) and providing end user support post migration.
- Must be able to perform root cause analysis, identify and isolate technical issues, and work in a collaborative effort with other team members as necessary to quickly and effectively resolve technical issues and provide timely status and progress reporting client.
- Must have experience with installing new software releases, system upgrades, and evaluation and installation of patches and extensive experience with helpdesk type support for Windows 7 OS and MS Office 2010.
- Windows 7 migration experience.
- Expertise in MS Windows 7 OS
- Expertise in MS Office 2010
- Microsoft Certified Professionals preferred
