Description
Context:
Within our client's IT for Functions department, the SAP Competence Center is looking for a senior SAP HR consultant with deep knowledge of ECM (Enterprise Compensation Management) and Webdynpro.
Objective:
Act as HR ECM & Webdynpro subject matter expert for ongoing implementation project "New Reward Model 2012".
Location: Brussels
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months + possible extension
Language: FR or NL fluent + ENG fluent
Skills:
Business experience required:
- Responsible for design, configuration, deployment for SAP Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM).
- Implementation and support of SAP ECM including:
o Compensation Administration
o Long term incentives
o Budgeting
o Job pricing
- Hands-on experience with configuration and developments of Webdynpro related to SAP ECM.
Mandatory:
- Knowledge and experience in SAP HR (Master Data, Time Management, Org. Management, Payroll and post payroll).
- Analyze business requirements and map to SAP HR ECM functionality.
- Facilitation of sessions to determine requirements including solutions scoping, definition and quotations.
- Strong Business and functional exposure to ECM implementation.
- Strong experience with Webdynpro.
- Customer oriented; ready to train and share knowledge with other functional
consultants and super users.
- Good trouble shooter; proactive and autonomous
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
Preferable:
Technical experience required:
- 10+ years of SAP HR experience
Mandatory:
- ECM including:
o Compensation Administration
o Long term incentives
o Budgeting
o Job pricing
- Webdynpro development.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills with adequate level of autonomy.
