ROLE
We are currently looking for a senior SAS DI consultant for a project based in the centre of Brussels. It is easily accessible by all public transport routes including train, bus, underground and tram.
The role will involve analysing the current business processes, especially within the risk domain, as well as the mapping, using the process flow and the descriptive document. The result of this analysis will be to draw up a list of pros and cons, and then offe advice as to what direction the client should go. Analysing and interpreting the QRT logs will also be discussed with the risk department to ensure a common interpretation, and therefore data is necessary for the respective QRT's.
A functional description including the input, process and output is created to prepare the calculations necessary for stage 2. A functional descritption will also be required to create interfaces between the RMFI (Risk Management for Insurance) and the systems that deliver data. A final functional description will also create ETL processes between the different components of RMFI and possible data sources. The final stage of this opportunity will involve the prepartaion of test cases, and then performing functional test cases for the functional validation of the QRT output.
PROFILE
The scucessful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in SAS, and more accurately at least 2 years experience in SAS Data Integrator, with experience in SAS DI Studio. You will also have a strong background in SAS 9.1.3 and 9.2, with experience in functional analysis, technical analysis and ETL-flows development.
This is a French and English speaking role, so we do require candidates to be fluent in both of these languages.
