Description

SAP Senior Bank Analyzer Technical Consultant in Malaysia

Start Date: 05 November 2012, Start Date Flexible

Duration: 10 weeks

Scope of Tasks:

1. Consultant to come out with a high level impact study of support packages to be installed, on Basel II calculation aspects. We would like the consultant to identify the notes with potential significant impact on Basel II calculation prior to the testing, so we want the consultant to come earlier (say 1 week before the SP upgrade & actual testing) to go through this with the user.
2. Based on the test cases prepared and provided, consultant to run test, identify discrepancies and errors and trouble shoot them.
3. To perform these activities, the consultant should be well versed with Basel II - Bank Analyzer. The consultant should demonstrate expert level understanding of SDL, configuration, module editor customization and debugging for Basel II - Bank Analyzer. Similarly to BW.
4. The functional consultant would perform the role of driving the SP project from a functional aspect rather than supporting the bank's team. The bank would be responsible to take decisions on configuration or customization based on the root cause identification and proposed solutions from the consultant
5. Consultant to work closely and in a co-ordinated manner with technical team of SAP. There could be a need to evolve alternate approaches and draw new plans based on contingencies and the consultant should be comfortable to re-adjust quickly in such a dynamic situation
6. Troubleshoot if Credit Exposure Run is not functioning and stale. Documentation of the problem: categorizing problem, stating what is the problem, why is that happening, where has the programme gone wrong (which module, which step, what is the steps to reproduce), how to fix (which module, which step, how).
