A market leading telecommunications company is looking for a Collections Operations Specialist to join their team in Stevenage.
The Collections Operations Specialist will be responsible for;
- Handling inbound escalation calls to provide an excellent customer experience
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Ensure collections targets are met
- Update customer records accurately
- Actively work to retain customers
- Manage relationships with the customer and collection agencies
The successful candidate will have;
- Excellent telephone skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to build a rapport with customers and other team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand the customer needs versus business requirement
