My client; an international payments business based in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced project/Programme Manager to lead a suite of projects related to the implementation of a new Back Office system.
- Management of projects inception to delivery
- Liaison with relevant internal and external parties
- Introduce and manage process/governance to ensure delivery
- Manage complex stake holder relationships
- Delivering projects on time, on budget and to specification
- Managing project resource
Those who apply must have -
- Excellent project/programme management skills
- Experience of delivering technology projects from a business perspective
- Structured project methodology -egPrince2
- Preference will be given to those from the payments or retail banking industries
- Ideally good Microsoft project experience
- Understanding of Object Orientated software development advantageous
The role will be for an initial period of 6 months with a view to extension up to 18months. The main site is Amsterdam where the project team is based, there will be additional occasional international travel.
Rate will be dependent on experience but will be approximately £450-£550 pd/equivalent. Regular Travel to the office, additional travel and accommodation will also be covered where applicable.
