My client are recruiting for a Procurement Development Manager on an 24 month Fixed Term Contract. You will provide quality key procurement and business data and help determine procurement strategy by project managing the introduction of high quality processes, practices, tools and resources in support of the Business Plan. Working with other members of the procurement team and stakeholders and utilising your exceptional skills in data manipulation, spend analysis, and effective process improvements, you will build strong relationships and develop an understanding of business needs to effectively drive through change initiatives promoting more efficient levels of service that deliver a greater impact on the business. You will have proven within the procurement and purchasing field, working knowledge of tendering or e-Tendering solutions as well as highly effective communication and negotiation skills.
