You will need to have Knowledge of network and security products (Cisco Switches & Routers, Cisco Call managers Checkpoint Firewalls, Vasco, Riverbed, right fax, video and audio conferencing systems). Knowledge of server (HP/Intel+VMware) and storage (HP24k, Netapp) technology. Good presentations skills, both verbally and in writing. Fluency in French & English.
