Experienced Mechanical Engineer - Contract - Midlands
An experienced Mechanical design engineer is currently required for an initial 6 month contract with a leading client in the midlands
You will be responsible for creation, analysis and development of new technologies
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing complex electro-mechanical products and systems
- Write complex technical design and test reports
Experience
- Mechanical design experience to include development of new products
- Analytical skills experience including failure predication and tolerance analysis using tools such as Matlab, MathCad, Comsol, Moldflow
- CAD design experience (preferably SolidWorks and/or ProE)
- Experience of DFM and assembly
- Experience of experiment design and implementation for design verification.
