Sap HR/ECM Consultant (Webdynpro/Comp Mgmt)
Brussels, 6 months + EXT
I am currently looking for a consultant with in-depth experience of ECM (Enterprise Compensation Management) and Webdynpro for a 6 month contract with our client in Brussels. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert for our clients ongoing implementation project.
Business Experience Required:
- Responsible for design, configuration, deployment for SAP Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM).
- Implementation and support of SAP ECM including:
- Compensation Administration, Long term incentives, Budgeting, Job pricing
- Hands on experience and developments of Webdynpro related to SAP ECM.
Mandatory:
- Knowledge and experience in SAP HR
- (Master Data, Time Management, Org. Management, Payroll and post payroll)
- Analyze business requirements and
- Map to SAP HR ECM functionality.
- Facilitation of sessions to determine
- Requirements including solutions
- Scoping, definition and quotations.
