A great role within a leading, global bank. The primary focus of this role is to profitably grow and manage balance transfer volume and value through new and existing channels, whilst supporting implementation of initiatives to optimise the profitability of balance transfers.

The secondary focus is to lead projects to improve the internal management and monitoring of the Balance Transfer programme.

This role requires campaign management, strong organisational and cross-functional management skills and some analytical ability.

- Planning
*Work on treatment strategies and initiatives to optimise financial performance of the channels/customer segments, ensuring optimal financial performance.

- Implementation
*Ensure all initiatives are implemented on time, meeting or exceeding quality standards.

- Evaluation
*Monitor and track the performance of program against plan on an ongoing basis to identify trends, problems and opportunities.
