A Government Department, is looking for a enthusiastic Systems Administrator to join their internal support team.

This role will involve providing Windows Server maintenance and support, management of network infrastructure including Routers and Switches, providing desktop support to internal users.

Skills and experience required:

• 3+ years demonstrated experience maintaining and administering Windows Based Information Technology systems.
• Experience providing technical support for Servers, backups, networks, etc.
• VMware experience.
• LAN/WAN support experience, knowledge of Cisco Routers/Switches.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide friendly and polite
• technical support to internal and external clients.
• SQL experience.
• Must be technically savvy and able to learn new skills quickly!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Government Department on a long term contract with a view to extend.
