Description
You will be working in a large Data Centre operation, involved in test and development. General knowledge required of Hardware Support and troubleshooting, Hyper-V, Storage and Networking.
Core competencies
Windows Server 2008 (basic installation, configuration & troubleshooting);
Server Hardware (Dell/HP: Rack, configure RAID etc.);
Basic Networking(switch/Router/VLAN/Load Balancer).
You will have at least 2 years experience at 2nd level support.
